Worksite Location: New Brighton, MN - Hybrid or Remote; Seeking MN based candidate only.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Address immediate HRIS needs related to employee setup and data integrity in UKG Core and Workforce Management (WFM).
- Deliver hands-on training to HR and administrative teams.
- Provide guidance on efficient employee onboarding processes.
- Building and uploading new employee profiles in UKG and WFM.
- Setting up new positions and job descriptions and aligning them with the recruiting gateway.
- Assist with large-scale employee data migrations, ensuring accurate setup for up to 120 new hires.
- Extensive experience with UKG Core and WFM systems, including system integrations and reporting.
- Proven ability to train and mentor teams on HRIS operations and functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address immediate system challenges and optimize workflows.
- Experience with large-scale employee data migrations is a plus.
