As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting for various HR positions within the company, including HR Business Partners, Benefits roles, and positions within the Lodging business. Working closely with the TA Manager and HR team, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment process. A strong background in high-volume recruiting and sourcing will help you thrive in this role, along with your ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite, Seeking Minnesota based candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for a variety of HR roles (TA, Benefits, HRBP) and positions within the Lodging business.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods and national-level recruiting techniques to identify top talent across multiple disciplines.
- Support high-volume recruitment, ensuring timely and accurate candidate placement.
- Leverage UKG and other tools for candidate tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Work collaboratively with the TA Manager to refine and execute recruiting strategies.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for various open positions.
- Keep track of and manage all candidate communication, scheduling, and interview logistics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in high-volume and national-level sourcing.
- Experience sourcing for HR roles (TA, HRBP, Benefits) and general business positions.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and navigate fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in using recruiting systems, especially UKG, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to take direction from the TA Manager and work well within a team.
- Creative sourcing skills and thinking outside the box to find top talent.
