This exciting position is responsible for all accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. The successful candidate will partner with team members, internal and external auditors, fixed assets, and project teams.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Onsite days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in St. Paul and remote days are Tuesday and Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare fixed asset and capital expense journal entries, depreciation calculations, disposal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare other accruals, estimates, allocations, and any other journal entries and associated balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a business partner to aid in the preparation and reporting of financial results
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing supporting documentation to confirm adherence to fixed asset and capital expenditures policies during audits and reviews
• Review and approve other team members' journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as needed
• Assist with financial statement preparation for subsidiary companies
• Master data management for fixed asset masters and project masters

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
