This exciting Sales Manager position is responsible for achieving sales growth and revenue objectives within an assigned territory, supporting divisional goals through strategic territory management and strong dealer partnerships.
This remote role involves developing and executing sales plans, meeting performance targets, and building relationships with key stakeholders within the education industry, such as school administrators and facilities directors. With a focus on teamwork, integrity, and excellence, you will be empowered to develop innovative sales strategies and showcase unique product advantages to decision-makers within the education sector. Reporting to the Education Sales Manager, the Education Regional Sales Manager will work collaboratively across teams, uphold core values, and ensure effective communication and consultative selling, positioning the company's solutions as the preferred choice for customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing a territory-specific sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the education sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and key decision-makers, providing product expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, track pipeline progress, and respond promptly to dealer pricing requests, ensuring effective territory management
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and joint sales calls with dealer partners to position our client's products as the preferred solutions in educational facilities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within education or B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com, for managing sales pipelines, leads, and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent time management, organizational, and consultative selling skills
