With deep ties to the Twin Cities, Kathy actively engages in the business community, serving on multiple boards, including the St. Paul and Minneapolis Regional Chambers of Commerce, Junior Achievement, YMCA Eagan, and the Thielen Foundation. An Ohio native, Kathy holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Capella University.
