One of our top clients is seeking a talented Communications Consultant to execute communication strategies across the organization. In this role, you will manage the organization's social media, website, and email communications and collaborate with both internal and external partners to align strategies with organizational initiatives. Your work will be instrumental in developing and executing external communication plans that enhance visibility in media outlets and engage key communities, thereby contributing significantly to their mission.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid. ONLY Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute external communication strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to drive communication strategies forward.
• Develop and execute a range of social media and earned media/public relations strategies.
• Create content and collateral to engage external audiences and raise awareness of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
• Support the organization's initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of external communications experience, including social media management and content development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that engage external audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various platforms.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in PR or public relations is a plus.
