We are seeking an Interim HR Administrator. This role involves managing HR queries, conducting exit interviews, and assisting with system processes. We would love to hear from you if you have strong HR operational skills and a proactive approach. 

Worksite Location: Bloomington, MN– Onsite Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Enter and manage employee changes in Paylocity, including new hires, terminations, and updates. 
  • Process unemployment claims (UE) and employment verifications and ensure accurate scanning and saving of hard copies into employee files. 
  • Manage the HR inbox by answering first-level HR questions and filtering queries to appropriate parties for follow-up. 
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries. 
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback. 
  • Track and analyze trends from exit interviews to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Assist with system-related tasks, such as getting performance management forms on Paylocity. 
  • Ensure efficient use of HR systems and provide support for system-related issues. 
  • Provide general HR support as needed, including administrative tasks and project assistance. 
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations. 

 

Required Skills & Experience:  

  • Proven experience in handling full life cycle employee changes, unemployment claims, and employment verifications. 
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
