Join a fast-paced start-up company as an Executive Assistant! In this role, you will support the executive leadership team of a well-known CPG company!

The exciting position will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting with various projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive office's day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Project Management: Assist with the planning and executing special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive office is well-stocked and functional.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
