Interim HRIS Analyst (ID:46036)
We need an HRIS expert to assist our exciting client during a transitional period. If you're a whiz with UltiPro, this may be a great opportunity for you!  

Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to help maintain and troubleshoot their UltiPro HRIS system for a 3+ month contract opportunity. This HRIS Consultant will help pull reports, reconcile data, and ensure all systems are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience using UltiPro and be comfortable using a problem-solving mindset to assess changes to improve overall functionality and use.    

Worksite Location: Eagan, MN – Hybrid or Remote Opportunity; We will only consider Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver HRIS reporting for various routine and ad-hoc needs using system programs, report writer programs, and MS Excel.  
  • Partner with UltiPro account manager (external) and internal IT teams. 
  • Configuration and testing of new and current modules, specifically time management and timekeeping modules. 
  • Provide excellent customer service, information response, and troubleshooting to internal HR and functional partners, employees, management, and vendors. 
  • Configuration and testing of various module workflows: determining the approvers and observers, finding gaps, and identifying options for workflow setup.  
  • Maintain HRIS and related systems, including organizational structure setup, program configuration, workflows, interfaces, system security, and access authorization. 
  • Collaborate with other functions on HRIS-related topics (e.g., benefits, compensation, finance, and employee relations). 
  • Provide HRIS training and support to all levels of system users.  
  • Document processes and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. 
  • A Bachelor's degree In HR or a rela
  • ted field. 
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience. 
  • Proficient in UltiPro. 
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and flexible.  
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person, phone and written.  
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical staff.  
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.  
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities.
