Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting HR operations during a key transition period. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for various HR administration duties, including managing HR systems, supporting special projects, and assisting with employee-related tasks. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a successful acquisition process. 

Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking ONLY Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only. 


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Support the HR team and CHRO with various HR administrative tasks. 
  • Manage and run special HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Generate and analyze reports using HRIS systems, such as Workday. 
  • Draft and manage letters of intent and retention letters. 
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees. 
  • Perform executive assistant tasks, including expense report processing and flight bookings for the CHRO. 
  • Process pay changes, title changes, and general employee data updates in Workday. 
  • Assist with virtual new hire orientations and project work related to the acquisition. 
  • Provide meeting logistics and calendar support to Regional HR Business Partners. 
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Assist with communications related to HR programs and topics. 

 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism. 
  • Experience with drafting HR documents and managing administrative tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
